The Ruts : The Crack : 1979 – Vinyl Reissue – Review
Please watch the video above for the full review
The Ruts’ much loved debut album, The Crack, was originally released on Virgin in 1979. The album represented the very apex of politically conscious British post-punk. Featuring crystal-clear production from Mick Glossop, it sounds as vibrant and pugnacious as it did on its first release and stands as both a perfect snapshot of the inner-city temperature of the late 70s.
