Cheap Trick The Complete Epic Albums Collection CD Box Set Review

Cheap Trick: The Complete Epic Albums Collection: 14CD Box Set

Please watch the video above for the full review.

I am hoping this is a new trend because this is a reissue of a CD Box Set that had become very hard to get hold of without spending silly amounts of money.

It belongs to the series of box sets that emerged around 2011 – 2012 which saw similar box sets from Judas Priest, Kansas, ELO, Blue Oyster Cult etc. For me, as I concentrated on getting the others I thought I would wait to see if the price dropped. It didn’t and instead, the Cheap Trick box set simply vanished.

So I am very pleased that Sony Music / Music on CD has seen fit to give this another pressing. This is great news for CD collectors and fans of Cheap Trick.

The box set includes all the band’s studio albums from 1977 to 1990 (many expanded) along with the full Budokan concert and the rare ‘Found All The Parts’ E.P.This set comes with a 32-page booklet.

CD 1. Cheap Trick (1977) + 5 Bonus Tracks
CD 2. In Color (1977) + 5 Bonus Tracks
CD 3. Heaven Tonight (1978) + 2 Bonus Tracks
