Some fantastic news for fans of the legendary guitarist Steve Hackett. On 17th January 2025, Steve will be releasing a new live album, Live Magic At Trading Boundaries, capturing the unique magic of his intimate performances at this iconic Sussex venue.
Trading Boundaries – A Tradition of Acoustic Brilliance
For many years now, Steve Hackett’s acoustic sets at Trading Boundaries have become an eagerly anticipated highlight in the festive season. Known for their stripped-back arrangements and warm, intimate atmosphere, these shows shine a light on Steve’s incredible versatility as a musician.
Describing the venue, Steve says:
“It is always a joy to play at Trading Boundaries, a magical intimate place full of beautiful lights and exotic imagery, illuminating the darkest time of year over Christmas and New Year… it is the perfect location for my acoustic set.”
The recordings on Live Magic At Trading Boundaries span several years of Steve’s performances at the venue. Fans will be delighted to know that this album is more than just a solo affair, with guest appearances from some of Steve’s long-time collaborators:
